What changed
- Energy efficiency measures - up to 40 % of eligible costs (previously up to 30 %).
- Window replacement - cap raised to €300/m² (previously €250/m²).
- Thermal insulation of facade, roof and floors - cap raised to €35/m² (previously €25/m²).
- Heat pump for central heating - up to 50 % of eligible costs (previously up to 40 %).
- Replacing an old boiler with an air-to-water heat pump - cap €4,500 (previously €2,500).
- Ground-to-water and water-to-water heat pumps - cap €8,000 (previously €6,000).
What to watch out for
As a rule the application is submitted before work begins, since funds are approved in advance. You will need quotations from authorised contractors and the completed forms from the call documentation, and for some measures an energy performance certificate for the building. The installed equipment must meet the technical requirements of the call, so check that your chosen model appears on the list of eligible equipment before ordering.
An important procedural change: since 1 March 2026 Eko sklad no longer publishes its public calls in the Official Gazette (Uradni list RS). All calls, amendments and closure notices are now published exclusively on the Eko sklad website, so it is worth checking there directly before submitting.
For investments carried out before 1 March 2026, the earlier call 114SUB-OB24 applied; it closed on 1 July 2026.
